Lotus Career: I have been in the travel industry since I left college and really enjoyed my varied roles working for different companies. I started off in a small village retail agency and moved on to to an international travel organisation in a supervisors ticketing role. I was then a successful Manager within a large independent call centre. I genuinely believed that people worked in the travel industry for the love and not the money as it can be a poorly paid job. With regret I left a job I loved to join the housing industry to improve my salary. Then I heard about Dial A Flight. At last, a travel company that rewarded their staff well. I joined over 2 years ago and every day enjoy going to work knowing that if I put the effort in I will get the rewards back. Lotus Career: I finished University and really had no idea what to do. I was recommended to Dial A Flight by a friend, but was a little reluctant to join as I felt I was over qualified. However, I started with Dial A Flight over 11 years ago and I have never looked back. After a year I had earned far more than I expected and purchased my own house. By my third year I was promoted to a Manager and given the responsibility to run an office of eight staff. From there I was promoted once again to run a division of 24 staff.
